ABOUT US – GET TO KNOW cili888
Since launching, cili888 built with one clear goal: to provide the most complete, secure, and enjoyable online casino and betting experience made specifically for Malaysian players. We are more than just a gaming platform — we are a community that understands the tastes, needs, and playing style of Malaysians.
Cili888 didn't just appear out of nowhere in Malaysia's online casino industry. It's the result of hard work by a team that truly understands what Malaysian players want — and more importantly, what has long been missing from existing platforms. We started this journey with a simple question: why should Malaysian players struggle with foreign platforms not designed for them, featuring interfaces in unfamiliar languages, unrecognised payment methods, and customer support that doesn't understand local needs?
The answer is they don't have to. And that's why cili888 exist.
From day one, we built this platform from the perspective of Malaysian users. Every design decision, every payment method we selected, every game we chose to include, and every customer support feature we developed — all of it started from one question: does this make things easier and more enjoyable for players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, and Kuching?
The result is the platform you see today — a gaming ecosystem encompassing slots from world-class providers, a Live Casino with professional dealers, Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League and EPL, table games with the highest RTP, and live match betting updated every second. All of this is available on a single platform, accessible from any smartphone or computer, whenever you want.
"We didn't build cili888 for everyone. We built it for Malaysian players — and we're proud of that."
Mission cili888 is simple to articulate but demanding to execute: to be the most trusted, most complete, and most user-friendly online casino and betting platform for the Malaysian market. Not just one of the best — but the best.
Our vision reaches further ahead. We want cili888 to become synonymous with responsible online casino entertainment in Malaysia — where players can enjoy the thrill of gaming with full confidence that their platform is fair, safe, and puts their wellbeing first. We believe great entertainment shouldn't come with unnecessary risk, and every feature on this platform has been built with that principle as our guide.
There are plenty of online casino platforms out there. So why cili888? The answer lies in the details — the small things that make a big difference to a player's everyday experience.
First, we understand how Malaysian players pay. Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks — these aren't add-on features at cili888, they're the primary ways we operate. No need for international credit cards or foreign digital wallets. You deposit using what's already on your phone, and credits land in your account within 1–3 minutes.
Second, we speak your language. Our customer support team cili888 fully in Bahasa Malaysia, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you have a question or an issue, you're speaking with someone who genuinely understands your context — not someone reading from a generic translated script.
Third, we follow the sports you follow. The Malaysia Super League, Malaysia Cup, BWF badminton when Lee Zii Jia or Aaron Chia is on court, MPL Malaysia esports — all of it gets full coverage at cili888 with competitive odds and deep markets. We know which sports get Malaysian players excited, and we make sure they're all on our platform.

Every decision we make at cili888 — from game selection to payout policies — is guided by the same core values. Here's what we stand for and how it shows up on our platform every day:
Player trust is our most valuable asset. Every claim we make — from RTP to withdrawal speed — is backed by verifiable facts, not just marketing copy.
We don't settle for "good enough". Every aspect of the cili888 platform is continuously reviewed and refined — from loading speed to game variety and customer support quality.
We take responsible gaming seriously. Our player protection programme isn't just a regulatory checkbox — it's a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of our member community.
Cili888 is more than a platform — it's a community. Our members' feedback directly shapes platform development decisions, and we take pride in the two-way relationship we've built.
The online casino industry moves fast. cili888 keeps a close eye on the latest trends — from esports to new game features — to make sure our platform stays relevant and engaging.
We didn't take an overseas platform and bolt on a Malay translation. cili888 was built from the ground up for Malaysian players — language, culture, local sports, and local payment methods are core to what we are, not afterthoughts.
Players' personal and financial data is a responsibility we take extremely seriously. 256-bit SSL encryption, multi-layered security protocols, and a strict privacy policy protect every piece of your information.
99.9% platform uptime, payments processed on time, and customer support that delivers solutions — not excuses. We're here whenever you need us, around the clock.
